Today we had our wonderful social worker, Harriett Hanke, come over for our home study addendum. We need to update our I-171H to show that we have been approved to adopt a child with special needs. Sophia was Miss. Talkative with Ms. Hanke!! She couldn't wait to show Ms. Hanke her room and Avah's room. Not that Avah's room is ANYWHERE NEAR being ready.
Harriett said she would work on the addendum this weekend and forwarded it to Susan Maines on Monday.
Sophia and Avah's new beds were delivered today!! They will each have their own double bed. Sophia was anticipating on getting her "big girl bed" this summer but since the referral came in, we decided to get it now.
Next project is painting!!
