Let the painting begin!

Today I started painting Avah's room. Well, I actually had to put down two coats of primer because the former owners of this house had painted the walls a fairly dark blue color. It took a long time to get that done and I'm a lil' tired now.

I will have to wait until Thursday before I can start painting it. I am painting her room Rose Buff. We bought Avah bedding from Simply Shabby Chic in Lady Rose and Sophia's new bedding is also from Simply Shabby Chic but it's the Cherry Blossom collection. I can't wait to see how it all turns out.
